Insurance
We are in network with Medicare and Colorado Medicaid and currently in process of contracting with additional insurance plans including United Health.
Private Pay
We offer reasonable rates for out-of-pocket payment for clients who are uninsured, have out of network insurance or have exhausted insurance benefits. Accepted payments are check and credit card. Call for additional information.
